LJ Fix current features

The bold features are those that are exclusive to the LJ Fix - not found in the official update.

Admin fixes:

you can now edit user banner info
site reports include the previous 9 sites the member viewed before reporting
contacts now shows both date and time
cash/credit surplus accurate
can now send 'inactive warning' emails
option included for sending 'upgrade expires warning' emails (can turn off for subscription payments)
option to insert username or id in payment form for membership or purchases (easier to find who paid for what)
view categories of non-active members (suspended, inactive, email not validated)
test urls from the site list page

Benefits to the members include:

won't be shown their own text or banner ads (while logged in)
can now reset stats (hits to their site, etc.) - didn't work before
direct to surfing at login option
contests work as they should (many problems fixed)
credit/cash bonus links while surfing disappear after clicked and don't disturb surfing (only a pop up shows with "XX has been credited to your account" message)
cash shows with two decimals (money format)

Other improvements:

members immediately suspended after XX verification denials
suspended members no longer able to login and surf
unnecessary code deleted
various code enhancements for performance improvement (slightly faster script processing)
